 🏆 Solana classmates second phase recruitment Get started around the world and sprint towards the Million Dollar Hackathon together Starting from the first Solana class, we have witnessed Solana emerging from the shadow of the FTX incident and now making rapid progress, gradually becoming one of the global Web3 market leaders. Solana has a sufficiently open ecosystem. With its powerful user experience of high efficiency and low cost, many DeFi, NFT and DePin projects have been born on the chain, and decentralized applications and encrypted asset generation have continued to be built. The single blockchain structure and PoS consensus mechanism create a simple and powerful working environment for developers. Solana provides a complete set of developer tools and documentation to help developers easily build and deploy applications. The last Solana class ended. We completed demo development on a total of 7 projects, 6 of which were submitted to participate in the Solana Hyperdrive Hackathon. Everyone gained efficient learning and practical experience through "learning by doing" in a short period of time. In the upcoming March-April*, Solana will officially continue to hold a hackathon with a million-dollar prize pool💻. The second phase of the hackathon will still be based on the theme of team hackathon, recruiting developers to learn together on a project basis. While completing the demo as a team, they can directly submit to participate in the competition and sprint for generous bonuses. In this issue, we will learn about existing projects or ideas. * Solana Hackathon will open for registration on March 4, 2024, and will end five weeks later on April 8, 2024. The official entry theme will be announced later.  Solana Co-Learn In 4 weeks, we will start from a quick introduction to Rust, to Solana basic environment configuration and Anchor framework application, and quickly accumulate Solana development experience based on project output. Weekly document tutorials and code will be open. Everyone can freely arrange time to study according to their own situation. Sharing and co-construction are encouraged when learning together. You can also earn extra bounty by participating in the improvement of Solana documentation and code. Sharing and discussions are held every Wednesday, and Solana project parties or hackathon winners are invited to share and help everyone brainstorm project ideas.； Office Hour every Saturday, leading the team to sort out technical points, code practices, and answer learning questions. Finally, there will be another 2 weeks to complete the team's project development. The sponsor and maintainer will actively lead, and Solana official guests will provide guidance. We will complete the demo output together and compete in the hackathon again. # About Gongxue About Co-Learning There is no authoritative definition of co-learning. It is a hot word in the field of helpers and actors. It emphasizes our "co-learning" and is a practice in which participants jointly choose dialogue topics, take actions and reflect on the entire process. Gongxue advocates the impersonal nature of learning, which means that we need to communicate and discuss the information we have obtained, and learn from each other’s life experiences in dialogue. Learning is not only the input of knowledge, but also has a positive interactive relationship with personal growth and social change.
